Book now to join my 15 minute five day yoga challenge. Starting 8th April at 8.15pm ONLINE. Replays available so you can stretch those riding muscles whenever you want!

Join me for six weeks of dynamic on line yoga preparing you to get back into the saddle after winter!  And if you have been riding through the chill and wet, then this 6 week course will ease those achy muscles, strengthen your back and core, and promote flexibility in your shoulders arms and hips.  Improve your BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY and STAMINA in the saddle for just £50.  Join me live on line every Tuesday evening 7.30 – 8.15  for six weeks starting Tuesday 16th April, live or on replay.

Monthly Yoga for total chillout!

Join me for the most chilled yoga EVER.  An eclectic mix of yin, restorative and yoga nidra will leave you feeling relaxed and re-charged.  I can’t think of  better way to spend Sunday.  Chill out session on Sundays 14th April, 12th May and 9th June 4.30 – 6.00pm, The Parish Hall, Ockbrook.

 I’m Clare Hodgson and I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.    I work in Borrowash, Derby, Ockbrook and Spondon, Derbyshire. Join me to learn more about yoga and how it can help you.

Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together mind, body and spirit to create balance and harmony. Asanas (poses), pranayama, (breathwork) and meditation combine to calm the mind. Yoga provides an antidote to modern life: a space to grow, to heal, to strengthen, to increase flexibility in mind as well as body.

Yoga is an inclusive practice. There is a yoga practice for everybody.

Yoga is not about having the perfect body, perfect poses or the best balance. It is about connecting with your Self, your very essence, and remembering that you too deserve compassion and kindness.
